Club statuses

Your Konnect Club Loyalty Programme has 2 statuses that apply from the day you join the Club. The longer you have been a member and the more you use our services, the higher the rewards.

Types of benefits:

• Cashback Bonuses
• Bonus Promocode
• Discount Promocode

"Bonus Promocode" is a Promocode that allows you to replenish your Bonus Account with the amount of Bonuses determined by the terms of the Incentive Activities. Promocode for Bonuses can be applied at any time (not necessarily on purchase).

"Discount Promocode" - A promocode that gives you a discount on the service you purchase. The discount promo code cannot be applied in conjunction with Bonuses or to pay for the service at a discount.

Receive Cashback Bonuses for any purchase*. 

1 Bonus = 1 ruble discount, validity period of Bonuses is 365 days, activation period of Bonuses is 31 calendar days**.

Bonuses will also be added to your Bonus account upon: 

- Application of the Bonus Promocode; 

- Regular or one-off Incentive Activities, etc.

Bonuses can be applied to: 

• The main service (main tariff plan) and additional services (Speed at maximum, Speed at maximum+, Turbo-button);
• Not more than the amount of active Bonuses on the Bonus account;
• Not more than 1500 Bonuses in 1 calendar month;
• At least 50 Bonuses;
• in multiples of 50; 
• not more than the cost of the service, to which the Bonuses are applied (regarding the main tariff plan - not more than the cost of the main tariff plan at the moment of applying the Bonuses).
• Discounts are not cumulative: Bonuses cannot be applied twice for a Purchase, or together with a Discount Promocode or to pay for discounted services (e.g. 6 or 12 month Subscriptions).

In case of repeated application of the Bonuses to the same service, as well as combined application of the Discount Promocode with the Bonuses, and/or the presence of a discount on the service, the highest Privilege for the Member will automatically apply and the other Privileges will be cancelled.

However, a Bonus Promocode can be applied at any time: in the Club's 'Activation of a Promocode' section.

Features of applying a Bonus or Promocode for a discount to pay for the basic tariff plan (deferred payment)

To be able to apply the Bonuses or Promocode for a discount on a regular deferred payment (when auto-renewing on the main tariff plan), you must apply the Bonuses or enter the Promocode before the beginning of the next billing period. 

Important: Bonuses can be applied to the basic tariff plan only once. In case of repeated application of the Bonuses to the same service and also concurrent application of the Discount Promocode with the Bonuses, and/or presence of the discount on the service, the most Privilege will be automatically applied to the Member and other Privileges will be cancelled.

If, after application of the Bonuses or Discount Promocode on the main tariff plan (for its auto-renewal), you:

• Change the main tariff plan;
• activate Subscription;
• Activate blocking;
• you have insufficient funds on your personal account (i.e. you change the service or the scheduled billing period for which the Bonuses or Promocode were ordered) - the Bonuses and Promocode for the discount will be burned and cannot be refunded.

Features of applying the Bonus or Promo Code for a discounted payment of the main tariff plan (deferred payment) after activating the add-on services: "Speed to Maximum, Speed to Maximum + and Extra Traffic Package.

After connecting the add-on services: "Speed to max", "Speed to max +" for unlimited tariff plans and "Extra traffic package" for bundled tariff plans, the application of the Bonus and Discount Promocode to the main tariff plan will become unavailable. We recommend that you apply the Discount Bonuses or the Discount Promocode, if any, prior to activation of these additional services.
